April 2, we had a miniature driving clinic with Patty Kramps and Kelly Miller.
They started with an introducing about themselves and what they have plans for the clinic. First they made sure the harness fit properly and the safety while harness and hooking up a cart. The members took turns driving, Kelly and Patty showed the members proper way in holding their reins, body position, using your big voice. Patty did some t-touch and adjusting (making holes) the harness while Kelly helped the rest of the members on their driving skills. After lunch Kelly put on a collar harness and explained why some driver use them instead of breastplate. Then Joshua and William hooked up their teams and drove around, finishing with rest driving around. We invited 3 4H members for another club to joined us. It was a great clinic.
